Sandnes, Norway, 11 August 2026. Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements published by Desert Control AS (the "Company") regarding the fully underwritten rights issue of 256,172,241 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.003 at a subscription price of NOK 0.2733 per Offer Share (the "Subscription Price"), to raise gross proceeds of NOK 70 million (the "Rights Issue").
The following primary insiders, including their close associates, have been allocated and subscribed for a total of 37,924,623 Offer Shares in the Company at the Subscription Price in the Rights Issue:
- Woods End Interest LLC, a company closely associated with CEO of the Company, James Thomas, has been allocated and subscribed for 37,366,044 Offer Shares.
- Eksplore AS, a company closely associated with board member Maryne Lemvik, has been allocated and subscribed for 423,320 Offer Shares.
- Marit Røed Ødegaard, board member, has been allocated and subscribed for 135,259 Offer Shares.
