(“IGV” or the “Company”) announces that as of today, the following have been made available to the public at the company's registered office located in Milan, via Moscova n. 36, through the authorized storage mechanism (www.emarketstorage.it), and by publication on the Company's website https://investors.igrandiviaggi.it/governance/assemblea-degli-azionisti/ in the “2026” section:
• the Explanatory Report on the sole item on the agenda of the ordinary shareholders' meeting convened for September 4, 2026, prepared pursuant to Article 125-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998, and Article 84-ter of the Regulation adopted by Consob resolution no. 11971/1999.
