Cavriago (RE), 5 October 2026 , Landi Renzo S.p.A. (the “ Company ” or “Landi Renzo ”) informs that, with regard to the General Shareholders’ Meeting convened for 26 October 2026, the following documents have been made available today at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s website (www.landirenzogroup.com, Investors section) and on the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket
Storage” (www.emarketstorage.com):
• Annual Financial Report 2025, comprising the draft separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2025, also in ESEF format, including the 2025 sustainability report, the management report, the certification referred to in Article 154- bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58/1998, and the reports of the independent auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure 2025, prepared pursuant to Article 123-
bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
• Remuneration Policy 2026 and Compensation Paid Report 2025, pursuant to Article 123- ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
• Report on the Company’s financial position pursuant to article 2446 of the Italian Civil Code including the observations of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
