Demus Development VII Raises EUR 7.25 Million Through a Bond Offering
Vilnius/Tallinn/Riga, Nasdaq Baltic Market, August 28, 2026 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces the admission to trading of bonds issued by Demus Development VII, a fund managed by Demus Asset Management, on the Nasdaq Baltic First North Market via Nasdaq Vilnius.
A bond issue worth EUR 7.25 million was placed with investors across the Baltic States. The nominal value of one bond is EUR 1,000, and investors will receive 8% annual interest, paid quarterly. The bonds mature on April 29, 2028. The issue forms part of a EUR 18.6 million bond programme carried out under a prospectus. The capital raised will be used for the development and further financing of the Arti real estate project.

The bond issue was arranged by Evernord, while the Certified Adviser is the law firm Ellex Valiunas.
