Deep Value Driller AS - EGM held: Dividend of NOK 20.60 per share declared, issuance of warrants, and new company name

Oslo, 7 October 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company") on 23 September 2026 regarding the notice of an extraordinary general meeting with the proposals to approve the Company's audited interim balance as of 19 September 2026, distribute an extraordinary dividend of NOK 20.60 per share based on the interim balance, in total approximately NOK 1,926 million, issue 9,350,831 warrants, and change the Company's name to 3030 DVD AS.

The extraordinary general meeting has today been held, and as follows from the attached minutes all matters on the agenda were approved as proposed by the board of directors.

The dividend will be paid after registration of the approved interim balance with the Norwegian Register of Company Accounts, and is expected to be paid on or about 16 October 2026. The name change to 3030 DVD AS is expected to be registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on or about 8 October 2026.
