Declaration of 2Q 2026 Quarterly Dividend
The Board of Directors of TBC Group has declared a 2Q 2026 quarterly dividend of GEL 1.75 per share (the "2Q 2026 Dividend"). The 2Q 2026 Dividend will be payable in Pounds Sterling to ordinary shareholders of TBC Group on the register of members at the close of business on the record date of 23 October 2026, pursuant to the following timetable:
Ex-Dividend Date: 22 October 2026
Record Date: 23 October 2026
Currency Conversion Date: 6 November 2026
Payment Date: 20 November 2026
The Georgian Lari to Pound Sterling exchange rate that will apply to the 2Q 2026 quarterly dividend payments on the conversion date of 6 November 2026 will be the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia for the period of 2 November 2026 to and including of 6 November 2026 (5 days average).
