DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BINDING OFFERS
Marina di Carrara, Carrara, 24 September 2026 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (“ TISG ” or the “ Company ), further to and in update of its announcement dated September 15, 2026, hereby announces that the deadline for the submission of binding offers in connection with Phase II of the sale process has been set for October 19, 2026 .
