What you need to know:
As previously announced, the price list and policy will be updated effective September 1, 2026 prompted by the RCB regulation. Based on customer feedback, we have decided to simplify the structure by removing Customer Category 2 – External Premium. Customers currently assigned to this category will be moved to Customer Category 2 – External Standard. In addition, the Managed Data Solution (MDS) display per recipient firm fee will be renamed Enhanced Display Solution (EDS) display per unit fee. This reflects our move towards a single, consistent set of policy definitions across all of Nasdaq markets making it simpler for customers operating globally to apply one framework. However priceing for the product will remain unchanged. The updated price list and policy documents also include corrections of typographical errors: https://www.nasdaq.com/solutions/data/european-pricing-policies
Customers affected by these changes will be contacted directly.
The changes will take effect on September 1, 2026.
