Danske Hypotek AB: Interim Report January-June 2026

First half-year in brief
January – June 2026 (comparison with January – June 2025 in parentheses)

• Operating profit amounted to SEK 87.3 million (SEK 419.3 million)
• Net interest income amounted to SEK 247.7 million (SEK 386.4 million)
• Costs amounted to SEK 129.7 million (SEK 126.0 million)
• Net credit losses of SEK 23.9 million relate to reversals of previous provisions. For the corresponding period in 2025, reversals amounted to SEK 173.7 million
• Return on equity was 1.6% (8.0%)
• The Common Equity Tier 1 capital ratio was 20.7% (20.4%)
• Danske Hypotek’s covered bonds have the highest credit ratings from Moody’s and Nordic Credit Rating.
