Dacke Industri expands in Europe through the acquisition of Divardy Bakery Services B.V., in the Netherlands

On 10 July 2026, Dacke Industri acquired 85% of the shares in Divardy Bakery Services B.V., a Dutch company specialising in customised conveyor systems and engineered solutions for the industrial bakery industry.

The acquisition of Divardy Bakery Services represents a strategic milestone in strengthening our European footprint and expanding our portfolio of industrial companies. The company will become part of our Precision & Protection division, where its technical expertise and international market presence will enhance the group’s collective knowledge and support collaboration across the organisation.

Divardy Bakery Services specialises in customised conveyor systems and engineered solutions for the industrial bakery industry. In addition to its own product portfolio, the company provides aftermarket services and spare parts to a large installed base of equipment serving customers across international markets. The company is headquartered in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands. They employs approximately 40 people and has an annual turnover of about EUR 9 million.
