ADDITIONAL 14.67% STAKE IN DIATEAM, A FRENCH CYBERSECURITY COMPANY, INCREASING ITS
OWNERSHIP TO 100%
Rome, September 7, 2026 - CY4GATE (CY4.MI) , a national and European player in cyber security and cyber intelligence, announces the exercise of the call option for the acquisition of an additional 14.67% stake in DIATEAM , a French company specialising in the design, development and implementation of advanced systems for cybersecurity testing, validation and training for government and corporate clients, for a n amou nt of € 980 thousand. Following the transaction , CY4GATE now holds the entire share capital of DIATEAM .
The completion of the acquisition of 100% of DIATEAM, following the exercise of the call option under the “Put & Call Agreements” exercisable during the 2024 –2026 period, represents the natural evolution of a successful partnership consolidated over the pa st few years , characterised by strong industrial complementarity, the full integration of expertise and the ability to generate tangible market synergies. DIATEAM’s performance and contribution have confirmed the soundness of the project and the validity of the strategic path undertaken, supporting the decision to further strengthen the investment in the company. The transaction makes it possible to consolidate the company’s technology portfolio and accelerate its international expansion, further strengthening its competitive positioning in the European cybersecurity market .
