Luxembourg, 20 July 2026 – Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. (“Constellation” or the “Company”, OSE: COSH) has announced fixed income investor meetings. A USD-denominated senior secured bond issue of USD 625 million may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions. Net proceeds from the bond issue, together with cash in hand, would be used to discharge and satisfy in full the Company’s outstanding USD 650 million 9.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2029.
