Kebni agrees to divest its shares in ScaffSense
Kebni AB (publ) has entered into an agreement to sell its shares in the joint venture company ScaffSense AB to Nordic Access Group for a purchase price of 4 MSEK. The divestment follows the strategic review of Kebni’s ownership in ScaffSense previously announced by the company.
In connection with the publication of the Q2 report, Kebni recognised an impairment loss in respect of its holding in ScaffSense.
The transaction is in line with Kebni’s strategy to focus its resources on its core business areas, Inertial Sensing and Satcom, while providing ScaffSense with a new ownership structure for its continued development.
The transaction is expected to be completed during September. Following completion, Kebni will no longer hold any shares in ScaffSense.
