Coor Service Management's Nomination Committee for the AGM 2027
In accordance with the applicable instruction for the Nomination Committee of Coor Service Management, a Nomination Committee has been convened ahead of the AGM 2027.
The Nomination Committee consists of Michael C. Wisser (appointed by Wisag Service Holding Europa), Richard Torgerson (appointed by Nordea Funds), Kristian Åkesson (appointed by Carnegie Funds) and Jan Särlvik (appointed by AP4), and the Chair of the Board of Directors Mikael Stöhr. Michael C. Wisser is Chair of the Committee.
