New Contract Wins, Orders and Renewals
Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, today announces new contract orders and renewals of approximately $2.6m in total, together with a further approximately $1.65m of potential future renewal value extending through to February 2030, all received via the Group's partner network.
Intercede is pleased to provide details of additional contract wins that further underscore the Group's improving order intake momentum as well as deferred revenues:
New Contract Wins:
· A licence sale to a new US Federal Agency for perpetual licences for MyID CMS, including support and maintenance, totalling c$0.2m;
· An initial new order for a military alliance for MyID CMS and associated support and maintenance, totalling c€0.1m;
· A perpetual licence sale to a new US Federal Agency for MyID CMS and related support and maintenance of c$0.05m.
· A 4 year subscription licence order to a German local authority for MyID CMS of c$0.05m.
New Professional Services Orders:
· A professional services order for MyID CMS upgrade of c$0.16m from a large existing US Defence and Aerospace manufacturer;
· A professional services order of c$0.9m, for an existing client in the US federal space maintaining the deployment of MyID CMS;
· A professional services order of c$0.3m, for an existing POC client in the US federal space to prepare the groundwork for a future device deployment of MyID CMS.
Renewals:
· A MyID CMS renewal for a national identity deployment in the Middle East, totalling c$0.55m for the initial year, with a further three years of potential renewal value covering the period through to February 2030, subject to customary annual renewal provisions;
· A renewal for a large space agency for MyID CMS, c$0.1m;
· A subscription renewal for a major US national laboratory of c$0.1m for MyID CMS;
· A subscription renewal with a significant bank in the Middle East for c$0.1m.
