Constellation Announces Board of Directors Change
Luxembourg, 25 August 2026 – Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. (“Constellation” or the “Company”) announces today that Anne Maillard was appointed as Company’s director, effective 31 August 2026.
Mrs. Maillard succeeds Mr. Procopenko, who served as a Luxembourg Director alongside Mr. Bertrand de Fays pursuant to article 10.1 of the Articles, and has tendered his resignation as director of the Board, effective 31 August 2026. Mrs. Maillard’s mandate will run until the Company’s next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, at which her appointment will be submitted for ratification.
The Company and its board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Procopenko for his contribution during his tenure on the Board and wishes success in his future endeavors.
Mrs. Maillard is a skilled financial services professional with an extensive background in complex financial and investment transactions, including re-financing and investments. An experienced non-executive board member, Anne has worked with some of the world's largest corporations and their advisors. In her day-to-day role Anne actively coordinates client projects and participates in key decision-making processes.
