THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS - IS RANKED FIRST IN THE OFFICIAL RANKING FOR LOT 1,
OF THE TENDER ANNOUNCED BY THE MARCHE REGION, FOR THE SAFETY OF THE TERRITORY
DAMAGED BY THE METEOROLOGICAL EVENTS OF SEPTEMBER 2022
THE AMOUNT OF THE LOT IS EURO 23.2 MILLION
Maltignano (AP), July 13, 2026 – Ubaldi Costruzioni S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Ubaldi Costruzioni") announces that it has learned through the institutional channels of the Marche Region ("Client Entity"), on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner Delegate for the meteorological events of September 2022, that the Pangea Consortium – of which Ubaldi Costruzioni is the sole designated company for the execution of the works - is ranked first in the official ranking for Lot 1 of Tender PL 19/2025, relating to the "Construction of the Marazzana detention basin", for an amount of Euro 23.2 million.
The award of the Lot is conditional upon the outcome of the procedures and checks by the Client Entity.
The commencement of the works is expected in 2027, while their completion is anticipated by 2029.
The open electronic procedure is aimed at awarding, through framework agreements, interventions for the safety of the territory damaged by the meteorological events of September 15-16, 2022 in the provinces of Ancona and Pesaro-Urbino and the stipulation of 18 framework agreements, financed with funds O.C.D.P.C. no. 922/2022 and subsequent amendments and integrations.
