Composition of Boreo Plc’s Shareholders’ Nomination Committee
The following members have been appointed to Boreo Plc’s Shareholders’ Nomination Committee:
The Nomination Committee has elected Ralf Holmlund as Chair from among its members.
Boreo Plc’s Annual General Meeting 2026 resolved to establish a permanent Shareholders’ Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee consists of four members, of whom each of the Company’s three largest shareholders is entitled to appoint one member, while the Chair of the Board of Directors serves as the fourth member.
The Nomination Committee is responsible for preparing and presenting to the General Meeting proposals concerning the number, election and remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors, the election and remuneration of the Chair of the Board of Directors, and the remuneration of the Board’s committees. In addition, the Nomination Committee reviews the Company’s remuneration policy with respect to the remuneration of Board members, assesses the Board’s succession planning and identifies potential successor candidates for Board membership.
