Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Macfarlane Group PLC (LSE: MACF), the protective packaging supplier, is pleased to announce the completion of its £4.0 million share buyback programme which commenced on 15 May 2025 and was extended on 12 May 2026 (the 'Programme').
Since the commencement of the Programme, the Company has repurchased 5,008,082 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of £0.7951 per share. All Ordinary Shares acquired under the Programme were cancelled.
