Harbour Energy today announces that it has completed the off-market purchase of 53,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each, repurchased from BASF Handels-und Exportgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung ("BASF") for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $190 million. The purchased ordinary shares have been cancelled, effective 24 September 2026.
As at 24 September 2026, the total number of ordinary shares issued by Harbour Energy is 1,512,259,118. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. The figure of 1,512,259,118 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
