Completion of acquisition of AVI by Pacific Asset Management
Further to the announcement by AGT on 4 August 2026 in relation to the acquisition of its investment manager Asset Value Investors, by Pacific Asset Management, the Board has been advised that the transaction completed on 2 October 2026, following receipt of all regulatory approvals.
