Communiqué from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Axentia Group AB (publ)

Axentia Group AB (publ) held an Extraordinary General Meeting on July 20, 2026, at which the shareholders resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal, to approve a dividend distribution to the Company's shareholders.

The resolution forms part of the Group’s previously announced refinancing.
