owner of the ePRICE portal, pursuant to and for the effects of art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, announces that it has received today, from shareholder Roberto Panfili, the communication of exceeding the threshold of relevance of 5% of his stake in the share capital of the same following the purchase, in his own name, of no. 300,000 ordinary shares from shareholder Simone Prete. Also today, the Company received from the same Simone Prete, the communication of reduction of the threshold of relevance of 10%.
Roberto Panfili declared to hold as of July 09, 2026 a total of no. 437,600 Portobello ordinary shares corresponding to a stake of 8.23%.
Simone Prete declared to hold as of July 09, 2026 no. 292,750 Portobello ordinary shares corresponding to a stake of 5.50%.
Following this change, the composition of Portobello's share capital, as far as the Company is aware, is as follows:
