Communication of significant shareholding change pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation
Milan, July 7, 2026 – MIT SIM S.p.A. (“MIT SIM” or the “Company”), “the Specialist”, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, hereby announces – pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Regulation – that it received on July 2, 2026, a communication from shareholder Gabriele Villa stating that on June 26, 2026, following adherence to the total exchange offer promoted by Ambromobiliare on the shares of MIT SIM (“Offer”), his shareholding in MIT SIM fell below the 5% threshold.
Therefore, in consideration of the foregoing and also in light of what was communicated by Ambromobiliare at the end of the Acceptance Period (see press release of June 24, 2026), based on the latest results available to the Company, the current shareholding is as follows:
