Communication of changes to the El.En.’s share capital
Firenze, July 23rd, 2026 – El.En. s.p.a., leader on the laser market listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice of the changed amount of its share capital pursuant to art.
85-bis Consob Issuers’ Regulation.
Following the exercise by certain beneficiaries of the 20 26-2031 Stock Option Plan approved by the Board of Directors on March 15th, 2023, of the options granted to them for the subscription of newly issued ordinary shares, the company issued, in the period included between June 30th, 202 6, and July 22nd, 202 6, n. 23.704 ordinary shares for an amount of nominal euro 770,38 .
Therefore, as of July 22nd, 202 6, the El.En.’s share capital signed and paid -in amounts to euro 2.61 4.665,82 equal to n. 80.451.256 ordinary shares.
The certification concerning the new amount of the share capital has been filed for registration with the Register of Companies of Florence as of today’s date .
