Comintelli has appointed Kjell Humbla as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 September 2026. He succeeds Peter Mörsell, who will remain available during the autumn to support a smooth handover.
The appointment follows Comintelli’s transition to private ownership and the formation of a new Board, creating new priorities for the company’s financial management, growth and future development.
Kjell Humbla is a senior finance executive with extensive experience from listed companies, scale-ups and investor-backed businesses. His previous roles include CFO at Lernia and Tengbomgruppen. He also brings strong experience in business transformation, governance, M&A, funding and investor relations.
“We are very pleased to welcome Kjell to Comintelli. His seniority and broad financial and commercial experience will be highly valuable as we enter our next phase of development. I would also like to thank Peter for his competence, reliability and important contribution during our years as a listed company,” says Jesper Martell, CEO of Comintelli.
“I am excited to join Comintelli at an important stage in the company’s development. Comintelli has a strong market position, an experienced team and significant growth potential. I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued development and long-term value creation,” says Kjell Humbla.
