Comintelli and Docere are launching Buzzter 2.0, a new generation of the trend intelligence platform Buzzter. The new service combines Docere’s trend scouting and analysis with Comintelli’s AI-powered Intelligence2day® platform.
The volume of information is growing rapidly. For companies, the challenge is therefore no longer simply finding information, but understanding what is relevant, what it means, and which developments are worth monitoring.
Buzzter 2.0 combines human trend analysis with AI.
“AI makes Buzzter significantly more interactive. Instead of simply reading about a trend, users can engage in a dialogue with the content and explore what developments could mean for their own organization. At the same time, we retain one of Buzzter’s key strengths: carefully selected and curated content,” says Bobo af Ekenstam, CEO of Docere.
“Another important new feature is that Buzzter 2.0 can be further developed based on each customer’s specific needs. Organizations can complement Buzzter’s content with their own information sources, specific monitoring areas, dashboards, and internal information. This means Buzzter can evolve from a ready-to-use trend intelligence service into a more customized solution for environmental scanning and strategic intelligence,” says Jörgen Ramnelöv, Product Manager for Buzzter.
“What makes this particularly interesting is the combination of human expertise, AI, and the customer’s own context. AI becomes significantly more valuable when it works with relevant, carefully selected content and when the analysis can be tailored to the questions an organization actually needs to address in its decision-making,” says Jesper Martell, CEO of Comintelli.
For organizations with more advanced requirements, the solution can be expanded into a dedicated Intelligence2day® environment with additional external and internal information sources, automated monitoring, AI, dashboards, reporting, and collaboration capabilities.
Buzzter 2.0 will be introduced to existing and new customers during autumn 2026.
