CNP Assicura, a subsidiary of CNP Assurances in Italy, announces an exclusive partnership with Fineco bank in the life insurance segment

CNP Assicura and Fineco have signed an exclusive partnership agreement for the distribution of life insurance products in the Fineco network.

Italy is the CNP Assurances Group’s second-largest European market after France. CNP Assicura, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNP Assurances, markets personal insurance products via an open-distribution model throughout Italy.

A further illustration of the roll-out of the Lead for Impact 2026-2030 strategic plan announced in March by the CNP Assurances group, the agreement, for a duration of 4 years, consolidates the long-term relationship between Fineco and CNP Assicura. It strengthens the bank’s position in wealth management and advisory while strengthening the role of CNP Assicura as a leading partner in the Italian life insurance and wealth management market.
