CLOUDIA RESEARCH: RESOLVED THE UPCOMING CALLING OF THE SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE AUDITING FIRM FINANCIAL CALENDAR UPDATE Milan, September 21, 2026. The Board of Directors of Cloudia Research S.p.A., an Innovative SME active in the digital transformation sector with a specialized offer in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Cloud, and AI (“Cloudia Research” or the “Company”), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, convened today under the chairmanship of Marcantonio Angelo Merafina, has resolved: • to convene the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for October 9, 2026, to resolve upon the appointment of the auditing firm for the three-year period 2025-2027. The official Notice of Call, detailing the date, time, and full agenda, will be published within the terms and modalities prescribed by law and market regulations; • to postpone the date of approval of the half-year financial report as of June 30, 2026, previously scheduled on the calendar. Following the appointment of the auditing firm, the Board of Directors will promptly communicate the new dates regarding the approval of the 2025 annual financial statements and the 2026 half-year report. In line with the practices already adopted by Cloudia Research, the following documents will be made available to the public within the terms established by law: 1. Notice of Meeting; 2. Explanatory Report of the Board of Directors containing the proposed resolutions; 3. Proxy form and related voting instructions for the Designated Representative; 4. Reasoned opinion issued by the Board of Statutory Auditors.
