Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA - Disclosure of large shareholding

26 August 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (the "Company") on 25 June 2026 and 17 August 2026 regarding the Company agreement with Orrön Energy Holding AB ("Orrön") to acquire a majority of its Swedish wind assets and organisation, and the remaining 50% of the Finnish onshore wind farm Metsälamminkangas (the "Transaction"), with expected closing in Q3 2026 and part settlement in 124,378,083 shares in the Company (the "Consideration Shares").

Further reference is made to the announcement on 17 August 2026 regarding Orrön's expected holding of 124,378,083 shares in the Company corresponding to approximately 27.01% of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Company, subject to receipt of the Consideration Shares and registration of the new share capital. Orrön has now transferred it's right to subscribe for the Consideration Shares to its parent company, Orrön Energy AB. Orrön Energy AB is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and is not ultimately controlled by any natural person or legal entity.
