“WARRANT NUSCO 2021-2026” HAS CONCLUDED

Nola (NA), July 13, 2026 – Nusco S.p.A. (“Company” or “Nusco”), a listed company active in the production and marketing of interior doors and windows and doors made of wood, PVC, aluminum, and iron under the «NUSCO» brand, announces that on July 10, 2026, the fifth and final Exercise Period of the “Warrant Nusco 2021-2026” ISIN code IT0005453086 concluded.
Please note that during the aforementioned period, which began on June 29, 2026, and ended on July 10, 2026, inclusive, no exercise requests were submitted by the Warrant holders.
Consequently, no Bonus Shares were subscribed during this time frame. The Company's share capital therefore remains unchanged and amounts to Euro € 43,618,951.88, divided into 33,278,658 ordinary shares with no nominal value expressed.
Therefore, in accordance with the Warrant Regulations approved by the Shareholders' Meeting, the option has expired and all outstanding warrants have definitively lapsed. Consequently, unexercised warrants no longer confer any rights to their holders and will cease to be traded on the reference market.
