(EGM:CBB), an innovative SME offering comprehensive property management services for the short and medium-term rental market, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces that today the Board of Directors has reviewed certain operational data – unaudited – relating to the first half of 2026. “The semester's results show a picture of substantial stability in volumes and growth in generated value,” comments Francesco Zorgno, Chairman of CleanBnB. “In an increasingly mature and selective market, we consider it particularly significant to have increased gross booking despite a slightly lower number of stays compared to last year. This figure reflects an increase in the average value per stay and confirms the importance of a management model increasingly focused on quality and portfolio enhancement. We also continue to work on the Company's visibility and positioning in the financial market, and the inclusion of CleanBnB in the new Intermonte Valore Italia index, which includes companies with the highest growth potential on the Italian stock market, should be viewed in this context.” In the first six months of the year, CleanBnB confirmed the solidity of its property portfolio, which reached 3,154 units, distributed across over 100 Italian locations and managed exclusively, mostly under the "FULL package" of complete management. The Company's activity continues to focus on enhancing the value of the managed properties and on the qualitative renewal of the portfolio in the locations served throughout Italy.
The second quarter of the year (Q2) confirms the physiological strengthening of activities related to the start of the tourist season, with significant growth compared to the first quarter of 2026. Stays managed by CleanBnB during the first half of 2026 totaled 61,527 (-2% compared to 62,994 in the first half of 2025). In the second quarter of 2026 alone, managed stays amounted to 38,916, compared to 22,611 recorded in the first quarter of the year, an increase of +72%. Despite a slightly lower number of stays compared to the same period of the previous year, the gross booking volume recorded growth. Revenue from guests for managed stays reached 23.83 million euros in the first half of 2026, an increase of +3% compared to 23.19 million euros in the first half of 2025. This figure therefore highlights an increase in the average gross booking value per stay, which grew by over 5% compared to the same period of the previous year. The result also rewards the company's efforts to increase the average value of stays, thanks also to the significant portfolio renovation and repositioning activities of recent months. In the second quarter of 2026 alone, moreover, gross booking amounted to 15.91 million euros, compared to 7.92 million euros in the first quarter of 2026, an increase of +101%. The results are part of the overall evolution of business volume linked to the start of the season characterized by increased travel and stays throughout Italy. The increase in gross booking in the semester, despite a slightly lower number of stays compared to the first semester of the previous year, confirms the Company's ability to enhance the managed property portfolio and to capture tourist demand oriented towards professional, flexible, and quality accommodation solutions. CleanBnB has also become part of the Intermonte Valore Italia Index, which selects 100 SMEs listed on Borsa Italiana with a market capitalization of less than one billion euros and not belonging to the FTSE MIB.
