During the six-month period ended July 31, 2026, the Company incurred $164,309 in cost for exploration activities at the Thunder Bay North project. During the second fiscal quarter, the Company focused on finalizing the proposed amalgamation while continuing discussions on Advanced Exploration permitting and re-assessment of past geophysical work to highlight areas of focus for drilling and geophysics in the Escape down-plunge post-transaction. The Company also received a grant in Q2 as part of the Critical Minerals Innovation Fund in the amount of $57,000 to support toll-milling metallurgical assessment.
