Cityvarasto has acquired a property in Kangasala – a prominent location along Highway 12

Cityvarasto Plc continues to expand its property portfolio and has acquired a property in a prominent location along Highway 12 in Kangasala. The property is located on a freehold plot at Mäkirinteentie 20, Kangasala, and the transaction includes a robust, tall stone-built warehouse building of approximately 2,700 m², completed in 1993.

The property is fully leased to a single tenant, who will remain at the premises. It will generate rental cash flow for Cityvarasto immediately from the completion of the transaction and support the Group’s profitable growth.

The property’s strengths include its good accessibility and visibility from the busy Highway 12. Approximately 16,000 vehicles pass the property each day, and 80,000 people live within an approximately 10-minute drive. Cityvarasto already has a strong network in the Tampere region, comprising five locations in Tampere and one in Ylöjärvi. The Company’s positive experience with its Ylöjärvi facility supports its expansion in the region, and the Kangasala property is a natural addition to the network and strengthens Cityvarasto’s position in the growing Tampere urban region.
