Luca Abatello, Chairman and CEO of CIRCLE Group, commen ted on the results achie ved in the
first

2026
as
follows:
“The
first

2026
clearly

The

key
economic

operational
indic ators:
Value
of
Production,
amoun ting
to
€
15.8

and
up

demons trates
the
Group’ s
ability
to
continue
expanding
its

and
capitalizing
on
the
opportunities
offered
by
a
mark et
in
which
digit alization,
optimiz ation,
and
interoperability
are
playing
an
increasingly
strategic
role.
Even
more
signific ant
is
the
performanc e
of
EBITD A,
which
rose
by
44%
with
an
EBITD A
margin
of
24.3%,
reflecting
not
only
business
growth
but
also
the
quality
of
the
revenues
generat ed
and
the
ability
to
translat e
business
expansion
into
great er

profit ability .
These results are accompanied by a 65% increase in net income, a figure that further
confirms
the
financial
strength
of
the
path
we
have
taken
and
the
Group’ s
ability
to
translat e

Also
particularly
noteworth y
is
the
growth
in
the
backlog
,
which
stands
at
€
36.7

,
a
key
indic ator
of
visibility
into
future
revenues,
and
demons trates
the
continued

as
well
as
CIRCLE
Group’ s
ability
to
secure
new
projects
and
strengthen
long-t erm
relationship s
with
clien ts
and
partners.
These
excellen t

combined
with
a

allow

Value

of
€
29.4–31.0

and
project ed
EBITD A

These results are even more signific ant because they come at a time when the sector
continues
to
face
a
comple x

geopolitic al

and
they
confirm
the
Group’ s
ability
to
continue
its
growth
even
beyond
the
strong

driven
by
contracts
relat ed
to
the
PNRR .
During
the
first

we
continued
to

of

transport,
and
transport ation

further
strengthening
the
Group’ s

position.
We there fore look forward to the second half of the year with confidenc e. The strength of our
backlog
,
the
continuity
of
our
European
and
multi- year
projects,
and
the
new
Inno vation

provide
us
with

These

and
growing

and
the
developmen t
of
MILOS

a new solution that further expands the capabilities of the Group’ s proprie tary technology ecosystem.
M&A activities are also continuing, aimed at iden tifying opportunities consis tent with the

further
strengthening
the
Group’ s
position
in

and

in
the
supply
chain.
The continuity of European projects and the new Inno vation Agreemen t represen t additional
strategic
drivers,
helping
to
increase
visibility
regarding
the
Group’ s
plans
for
activities
and
investmen ts
over
the
next
three
years
and
supporting
its
path
of
growth
and
technologic al
evolution.
During the first half of the year, CIRCLE Group further strengthened its interna tional presence,
including
through
eXyond,
which
established
a
direct
presence
in
Romania
,
expanding
the
Group’ s
footprin t

Central
and
Eastern
Europe.
This initia tive is part of the Group’ s interna tional developmen t strategy and aims to foster
closer
relationship s
with
local
customer s
and
partner s,
supporting
the
adop tion
of
proprie tary
solutions
dedic ated
to
digitiz ation,
interoper ability ,
and
the
optimiz ation
of
transport ation
and
logis tics
processes.
