community
Milan, July 8, 2026 CIRCLE Group (“CIRCLE” or the “Company”) – an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, heading the eponymous Group specialised in process analysis and the development of solutions for the innovation and digitalisation of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, as well as in international consulting on Green Deal and energy transi tion matters – announces the signing, through its subsidiary Cargo Start, of a framework agreement with a maximum total value of €600,000 with a leading European airport operator for professional services supporting the development, evolution, and consolidation of digital solutions dedicated to an airport cargo ecosystem.
The framework agreement will have a duration of 24 months and will allow for the gradual implementation of specific service contracts, based on operational needs that arise during that period, with the goal of strengthening the digital infrastructure supporting the cargo community and promoting increasingly inte grated, efficient, and interoperable management of processes related to air cargo transport.
The structure of the agreement confirms the strength of CIRCLE Group’s position in the air cargo segment and highlights the vertical expertise the Group has developed in creating digital platforms and modules for complex logistics communities, capable of c onnecting airlines, airport handlers, freight forwarders, logistics operators, and institutional stakeholders.
As part of the agreement, the first project activities have already begun regarding the development and release of modules to enhance the digital cargo ecosystem. These are part of the development process already underway and involve four functional module s designed to support the processes of the airport cargo community, two of which are already being developed in collaboration with the client. Additional developments may be added to these projects in the coming months, to be implemented through specific i mplementation contracts under the framework agreement. These initiatives will primarily draw on the specialized expertise of Cargo Start , a CIRCLE Group company that develops digital solutions for air cargo, and will aim to support the digitization of operational
workflows, integration among the various players in the supply chain, and the development of collaborative models based on interoperability, data quality, and process automation.
“This framework agreement represents a particularly significant achievement because it consolidates collaborative relationships that have developed over time and are based on the quality of the expertise provided by our Group ,” said Luca Abatello, President and CEO of CIRCLE Group .
“The decision to establish a multi -year agreement confirms confidence in our ability to support the digital evolution of complex cargo ecosystems, where it is essential to understand the needs of all players in the supply chain and translate them into concr ete, scalable solutions focused on operational efficiency. Air cargo is a strategic area for CIRCLE Group, and this new agreement further strengthens our position in a sector undergoing significant transformation .” This initiative is part of CIRCLE Group’s growth trajectory and its strategy to strengthen its digital offerings for logistics hubs, airport cargo communities, and intermodal supply chains, in line with the guidelines of the “Connect 4 Agile Growth” busine ss plan.
