announces
new
contracts
totaling
appr oxima tely
€
300,000,
awarded
by
a
leading
European
oper ator
in
intermodal
logis tics
,
for
the
developmen t
and
gradual
implemen tation
of
the
MILOS®
TOS
platform
within
intermodal
terminals.
These new projects mark a further step forward in the digit al transforma tion of the terminals
involved
and
aim
to
mak e
the
manag emen t
of
logis tics
and
rail
flows
increasingly
integrated,
interoper able,
and
efficien t,
by
expanding
the
platform’ s
capabilities
and
enhancing
its
integration
with
the
various
systems
within
the
oper ational
ecosystem.
The scope primarily includes a further functional evolution of MILOS® TOS, with new
developmen ts
dedic ated
to
the
manag emen t
of
the
yard,
rail
flows,
gates,
and
intermodal
transport
units,
as
well
as
the
planning
and
execution
of
loading
and
unloading
oper ations.
The
implemen tations
also
cover
the
manag emen t
of
master
data,
rail
routes,
oper ational
areas,
and
tracks,
along
with
more
advanced
tools
for
real-time
monit oring
and
control
of
terminal
oper ations.
These
developmen ts
strengthen
the
product's
position
in
Europe
and
the
Medit erranean.
A second area focuses on enhancing the platform’ s interoper ability through the developmen t of
additional
APIs
designed
to
enable
an
increasingly
structur ed
and
automa ted
exchang e
of
data
between
MILOS®
TOS
and
other
digit al
systems
within
the
logis tics
ecosystem.
Among
other
things,
the
new
integrations
will
support
reser vation
manag emen t
and
the
sharing
of
informa tion
necessar y
for
carrying
out
various
oper ational
processes,
helping
to
reduce
informa tion
gaps
between
systems
and
oper ators.
The project is rounded out by the solution’ s implemen tation process, which includes configur ation and
data
migr ation,
end-t o-end
testing,
oper ator
training ,
go-liv e
support,
and
post-launch
assis tance.
This
set
of
initia tives
is
designed
to
facilit ate
the
transition
to
an
increasingly
digit al
and
integrated
manag emen t
model
capable
of
ensuring
oper ational
continuity
and
efficiency .
