announces

that

the

project

“

IntelliR oad

–

Digit al

Ecosystem

for

the

Optimiz ation

of

Synchr omodal

Flows

”

has

been

appr oved

for

funding

under

the

Sustainable

Growth

Fund

–

“Inno vation

Agreemen ts”

Call

for

Proposals,

pursuan t

to

the

Minis terial

Decr ee

issued

by

the

Italian

Minis try

of

Enterprises

and

Made

in

Italy

(“MIMIT ”)

on

4

September

2025.

CIRCLE S.p.A., acting as project coordina tor, and its subsidiar y Circle Garage will receiv e total

incen tives

of

more

than

€ 3

million

(for

their

respectiv e

activities

within

the

broader

project,

which

also

involves

Aitek

and

IROI).

Of

this

amoun t,

more

than

€ 2

million

will

be

provided

as

a

direct

non-r epayable

grant,

while

appr oxima tely

€ 900

thousand

will

be

made

available

through

subsidiz ed

financing

at

a

rate

(equal

to

one

fifth

of

the

ECB

rate).

The project, which is expect ed to run for 36 mon ths, aims to develop a feder ated digit al platform

capable

of

integrating

heterogeneous

data

and

systems

from

the

various

players

across

the

logis tics

chain,

transforming

them

into

oper ational

informa tion

and

advanced

decision-support

tools.

Through predictiv e models, optimiz ation algorithms, alert systems and dynamic simula tion,

IntelliR oad

will

mak e

it

possible

to

anticipa te

critic al

issues,

optimiz e

transit

and

waiting

times,

dynamic ally

reschedule

access

slots

at

logis tics

nodes

and

impr ove

resour ce

utiliz ation.

The

solution

will

also

include

functionalities

for

the

intelligent

monit oring

of

access

gates

and

terminal

oper ations,

as

well

as

for

optimiz ed

workforce

planning.

CIRCLE will be responsible for mapping synchr omodal processes, defining algorithmic requir emen ts

and

developing

optimiz ation

and

decision-support

applic ations,

as

well

as

integrating

and

valida ting

the

solution

in

a

real

oper ational

environmen t.

Circle

Garage

will

oversee

the

design

and

developmen t

of

the

feder ated

infrastructur e,

including

the

Data

Lake,

micr oser vices,

connect ors,

APIs,

monit oring

systems,

and

security

and

data-governance-b y-design

solutions.

The platform will be designed to interact both with the proprie tary products within the Milos®

ecosystem

and

with

third-party

systems,

while

protecting

the

confiden tiality

of

each

oper ator’s

commer cial

data

and

ensuring

interoper ability ,

scalability

and

business

continuity .

Upon

comple tion

of

the

project,

the

solution

is

expect ed

to

achie ve

in

an

oper ational

environmen t.
