Circio Holding ASA: Registration of share capital increase following private placement of approximately NOK 200 million

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Circio Holding ASA (the "Company") on 15 September 2026, whereby the Company announced the allocation of 16,865,000 new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 200 million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares in the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today, 22 September 2026. The Company's new share capital is now NOK 174,895,746.00 divided into 291,492,910 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.60.
