Cibus Real Estate AB (publ) announces that the condition for early redemption of its 2027 notes has been fulfilled
Cibus announced on 7 September 2026 that it intends to exercise its right to early redeem its outstanding senior unsecured green notes with an outstanding nominal amount of SEK 700 million (loan no. 107 with ISIN SE0021921673) (the "Notes" and the "Early Redemption").
The Early Redemption was conditional upon the issuance of new notes in accordance with Cibus' press release on 7 September 2026 (the "Financing Condition"). Cibus hereby confirms that that the Financing Condition has been fulfilled, and the Early Redemption has therefore become unconditional.
The Notes will be redeemed at a price equal to 101.25 per cent. of the nominal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest from each person who is registered as owner of the outstanding Notes as of the record date, being 25 September 2026. The settlement date for the Early Redemption is 2 October 2026.
