Nobia announces a change to the company's Nomination Committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting, Viktoria Voskressenskaia replaces Erik Durhan as the representative of Lannebo.
Following this change, Nobia's Nomination Committee consists of:

Ricard Wennerklint, appointed by If Skadeförsäkring
Lovisa Runge, appointed by Fjärde AP-fonden
and Viktoria Voskressenskaia, appointed by Lannebo.
