Changes in the memberships of the Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiaries (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba, UAB Merko Bustas)
By decisions of AS Merko Ehitus, Martin Rebane has been appointed as a member of the supervisory boards of UAB Merko Statyba and UAB Merko Būstas with effect from 1 October 2026, and simultaneously Tõnu Toomik has been recalled from his position as a member of the supervisory boards of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba and UAB Merko Būstas. The change marks the completion of the transition period that began with the election of Tõnu Toomik to the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus.
With effect from 1 October 2026, the supervisory boards of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba and UAB Merko Būstas will comprise three members: Ivo Volkov (Chairman), Urmas Somelar and Martin Rebane.
AS Merko Ehitus Eesti (merko.ee) is a recognised Estonian construction company, which offers construction services in general construction, civil engineering and residential construction.
UAB Merko Statyba (merko.lt) is a recognised Lithuanian construction company, which offers construction services in the fields of general construction, civil engineering and residential construction.
