Swedbank today announces three changes to its Group Executive Committee.
New Head of Group Business Support
Henrik Liljeblad has been appointed to Head of Group Business Support after serving in the role on an acting basis since May 2026 and will thus continue as a member of Swedbank's Group Executive Committee.
"Henrik's competence and broad experience of the bank provide a solid foundation for continued development of the business," says Jens Henriksson, President and CEO of Swedbank.

Chief Compliance officer and Head of Corporates and Institutions leave
Swedbank's Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) since 2022 Britta Hjorth-Larsen, has decided to leave Swedbank for personal and family reasons and go back to Denmark.
Eva Wilhelmsson, currently Deputy CCO, has been appointed Acting CCO, and will join the Group Executive Committee.
Bo Bengtsson, Head of Swedbank's business area Corporates and Institutions, will leave his role 30 March 2027 at the latest as he has been nominated to Chairman of the Board for Sparbanken Skåne.
"Britta and Bo have done an excellent job developing their organisations and have contributed to a stronger Swedbank. I would like to thank them for all their efforts," says Jens Henriksson.
Swedbank has started the process of recruiting a new CCO and a new Head of Corporates and Institutions.
