Change of Name to TheWorks plc
Following shareholder approval of the proposed change of the Company's registered name at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 7 September 2026, the Company announces that Companies House has issued a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name and accordingly the registered name of the Company is now TheWorks plc.
With effect from 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, 9 September 2026, trading on AIM will commence under the Company's new registered name. There will be no change to the Company's Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic (TIDM) (WRKS), ISIN GB00BF5HBF20 or LEI 894500W7PWBCCWBN9R03. Existing shareholder certificates will remain valid and should be retained.
