Change of Company Secretary
Synergia Energy Limited (Synergia or the Company) advises a change to its Company Secretary position.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Stacey Britza as Company Secretary, with immediate effect.
Ms Britza was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Synergia Energy on 12 May 2026. She has been with the Company for the past 18 years serving as an Executive Assistant and Assistant Company Secretary, where she has been closely involved in the Company's governance, regulatory compliance and Board administration for many years and has played a key role in supporting the Board company secretarial functions.
Ms Britza replaces Allison Pacinotti and the Synergia Board of Directors would like to thank Allison for her contribution.
