Change of Auditor
London, UK - 13 July 2026, the board of hVIVO plc (AIM: HVO), a purpose built, full-service international clinical development partner and the world leader in human challenge trials, has agreed to appoint Grant Thornton UK LLP as its new auditor, following the completion of a competitive tender process.
Grant Thornton will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, and a proposal to be reappointed as auditor of the Company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the 2027 Annual General Meeting. Gravita Audit II Ltd have confirmed that there are no circumstances connected to their resignation which should be brought to the attention of the Company or its creditors in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
