Change in the Total Number of Shares and Votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB

The number of shares in Sivers Semiconductors AB (the “Company”) as of 31 July 2026 amounts to a total of 355,081,317 ordinary shares. The total number of votes in the Company as of 31 July 2026 amounts to 355,081,317.

The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is due to the directed share issue of 12,280,701 new ordinary shares resolved upon by the Board of Directors on June 30, 2026, and the Board of Directors' resolution on July 3, 2026, to issue 22,847,044 new ordinary shares to Bootstrap Europe IV SCSp through conversion of the full outstanding principal of the Company’s convertible loan.
