Change in the total number of shares and votes in Studsvik AB
As a result of, according to previously disclosed information, the directed issue of a total of 7,500 E1 – E6 2026 shares and 120,000 E7 2026-shares resolved on September 4, 2026, the number of shares and votes in Studsvik AB (publ) (“Studsvik”) has changed.
As a result of the aforementioned changes, as of September 30, 2026, the total number of shares in Studsvik amounts to 8,727,070 shares, of which 8,343,570 shares are ordinary shares, each carrying one (1) vote, 43,916 shares are E1 2026 shares, 43,916 E2 2026 shares, 43,917 E3 2026 shares, 43,917 E4 2026 shares, 43,917 E5 2026 shares, 43,917 E6 2026 shares and 120,000 E7 2026 shares each corresponding to 0.1 vote. The total number of votes in Studsvik thus amounts to 8,381,920.
