Change in the number of shares and votes in Embracer Group
The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB (“Embracer Group”) has decreased due to the resolution at the annual general meeting 24 September 2026 to redeem B shares. The number of B shares and votes have decreased by 9,046,406 and the share capital consequently amounts to approximately SEK 1,912,318.47.
As of 30 September 2026, the number of shares in Embracer Group therefore amounts to 219,806,721, of which 9,000,000 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 210,806,721 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 30 September 2026 is 300,806,721.
As of 30 September 2026, Embracer Group holds 1,236,000 own B shares.
