Change in the number of shares and votes in Cynca Nordic AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in Cynca Nordic AB (publ) (“Cynca”) has changed as a result of the reverse split (1:10) resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 September 2026.

As a result of the reverse split, ten (10) existing shares have been consolidated into one (1) share. Following the reverse split, the total number of shares as of 30 September 2026 amounts to 37,580,946 shares, corresponding to a total of 37,580,946 votes.
